Product delivery is within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and Slovenia. Delivery is made by DPD delivery service. Accordingly, a notification will be displayed to the user when creating the order, and before concluding the order and making the payment.

The delivery price is EUR 6.07 including VAT in Croatia, and EUR 15.35 in Slovenia.

Free delivery is available for all orders above EUR 54.99 for Croatia, and for Slovenia for all orders above EUR 100.

We deliver the ordered products to the customer:

– by DPD delivery service.

After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail message or SMS with the shipment number and tracking instructions.

The delivery period of the available products is from 1 to a maximum of 7 working days within Croatia and Slovenia, and the specified period starts from the moment the order is sent in the case of cash on delivery payment or from the visible payment in the case of transactional payment.

Exceptions are deliveries to the islands of the Republic of Croatia, which are made according to the predetermined schedule of the delivery service to the islands, available on the website of the said delivery service.

When picking up at a branch office, the deadline for picking up is 1 to 3 working days.
