Product delivery is within the territory of the Republic of Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia and the United Kingdom. Delivery is carried out by DPD and UPS delivery services. Accordingly, the user will be notified when creating an order, and before concluding it and making payment.

After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an e-mail or SMS with the shipment number and tracking instructions.

The delivery time for available products is from 1 to a maximum of 10 business days within Croatia, Slovenia and other countries, and the specified period begins from the moment the order is sent in the case of payment by cash on delivery or from visible payment in the case of transaction payment.

The exception is deliveries to the islands of the Republic of Croatia, which are carried out according to a pre-determined schedule of the delivery service to the islands, available on the website of the specified delivery service.

When picking up at the branch, the pickup time is 1 to 3 business days.
