What is vitamin B complex and what are its properties?
Immune-Labs Vitamin B Complex is a preparation containing B vitamins, including biotin and folic acid. We cannot produce any of the B vitamins ourselves, which means that we must consume them through food or supplement them. Vitamin B supports the functioning of the body in many aspects, such as: proper metabolism, energy levels, healthy skin, hair and nails.
Vitamin B1 participates in energy and neurophysiological processes.
Vitamin B2 plays a role in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. It also reduces the feeling of fatigue and has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin, hair and nails.
Vitamin B3 supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and supports the maintenance of mental functions.
