L-CITRULINE MALATE 2:1 – 7000 g
L-citrulline is an amino acid that is converted into L-arginine shortly after entering the body. Contrary to popular belief, L-citrulline is more effective than L-arginine. In addition, arginine has an extremely low absorption rate. Therefore, we use only citrulline, which is converted into arginine and supports the production and pumping of nitric oxide during exercise. Nitric oxide plays an important role in vasodilation and blood circulation. Increasing nitric oxide levels triggers the dilation of blood vessels, and as a result, the blood delivers more oxygen to the muscles.
BETA-ALANINE – 3600 mg
Beta-alanine stimulates the production of carnosine, which acts as a buffer between fatigue-causing lactic acid and the muscles. Carnosine limits the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles during high-intensity exercise. DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE. Since the recommended dose contains the equivalent of three cups of coffee (300 mg), we advise you to limit the use of medications, foods or beverages containing caffeine.
