Instructions for use
➠ Exercise days: Add 1 scoop to a shaker cup and pour 200-300 ml of cold water. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Take 1 scoop 30 minutes before training and another 1 scoop immediately after training.
➠ Non-training days: Take 1 scoop in the morning and another 1 scoop between meals.
