Glutamine is one of the amino acids from the group of amino acids that the human body is unable to synthesize in sufficient quantities under special conditions (cEAA). Supplementation with glutamine is especially recommended in conditions when the body is burdened by disease or under constant stress to which the muscles are exposed during heavy, intensive training. In addition, glutamine is the main source of energy (even better than glucose) for leukocytes and intestinal cells. This means that maintaining high levels of glutamine supports the functioning of the immune system and the digestive system!

Ingredients: glutamine, flavors, acidity regulator: citric acid, sweetener: sucralose, green pistachio (tartrazine E102*, brilliant blue FCF E133, sodium chloride).
Recommended daily dose: Dissolve one portion of the product (5 g – 2 level scoops) in 200 ml of water.
